I decided to try Beach 2 Bay Ads at a time when I thought internet advertising was the best route for my business. I have a storefront in John’s Pass and have used coupon books and probably every other form of advertising out there. When that banner goes up though my phone doesn’t stop ringing for at least three hours. I had to bring in a second person to answer phone calls and set up a text generating system that goes out to all the calls that I miss due to the high volume. We originally aimed to triple my investment, which we do easily, but most of the time I get six times my investment in return. Ok, so I took a long time to get a testimonial to Capt Dave and Beach2Bay Ads. I think it was because I was hoping that others wouldn’t catch on and the results would be our secret. But you can’t keep a brother down.We started using Beach2Bay Ads in March of this year and our phones blew up immediately upon the banner running. So much so that we had to add a 3rd telephone line to accommodate the phone traffic. There was also a residual effect as well. We had folks called days after the banner run asking about our special. We do track where our business comes from so I know we are reaching segment of travelers and beach goers that we normally wouldn’t. I can’t tell what it is doing for the bottom line, at this point, but I do know it is paying for itself.
